The charges below only apply to 100% advance payment on accommodation. If you only paid our required 1 night deposit, this won’t be refunded.
- 25% if cancelled four days in advance.
- 50% if cancelled two or three days in advance.
- 50% if few of the total booked rooms are cancelled.
- 100% if cancelled one day prior to booking or on the same day.
In case of any cancellation the tax (VAT) of 18% on the advance will have to be retained as it is to be paid by us to the authorities by the 15th of the next month.

Any postponement of the booking will be treated as a cancellation and will be governed by the Cancellation Policy.

- Online refunds for bookings made through our online payment system usually take 3-5 working days.

Once a reservation is confirmed, please notify us by call or email of any cancellation or modification of the booking at least 3 days (72 hours) before arrival for FIT bookings (free independent travellers) and 2 weeks before arrival for Group bookings in order to avoid a charge of 1 night’s stay to be imposed.
