Cancellation / Prepayment
Rooms not occupied by 22:00 hours will be seen as No-Show, unless prior arrangement has been made.
For Peak Season, all reservation payments are non-refundable. The definition of the Peak Season period will be determined by a unilateral decision of the Hotel Management.
A full room rate will be chargeable for check-in at 07:00 hours or check-out after 15:00 hours.
It is mandatory for all guests to produce a valid identity document upon check-in; for foreign guests a valid passport and for domestic guests, a valid identity card shall be accepted as proof of identity.
Guests checking into the hotel must be at least 18 years of age.
Upon check-in, all guests must register through a guest registration form.
Group Guest:
Every Group who wants to make a reservation at Admiral Hotel has to make a deposit of 40% of the total amount to confirm the reservation. The deposit can be paid by credit card or directly into the bank account via proforma invoice/offer. The rest of the amount shall be charged according to terms set in the Group Contract and/or Offer.

Reservation Policy 1 Cancellation Policy:
Check-In Time: 1200hrs - 2300hrs Check Out Time: 1400hrs
Early check-In or Late-Check out is subjected to bed/room availability on the relevant day, To be reconfirmed with the front office staff.
A levy is chargeable for early check-in from 0700 to 1200 hours and late check-out from 1200 to 1800 hours.
Room not occupied by 2200 hours will be seen as No Show, unless prior arrangement has been made.
Deposit Policy:
For Peak Season (June, July, , all reservations payments are non-refundable.
A full room rate will be chargeable for check in 0700 hours or check out after 1800 hours.
Guarantee by credit card: Reservation is allowed to modify/cancel online on your own before 48 hours prior to the arrival date and no cancellation fees. Should you wish to make full payment in advance, please contact our Central Reservation to discuss your details.
Cancellation/No Show Policy:
Once a reservation is confirmed, please notify us by fax or email of any cancellation or modification of the booking at least 3 days (48 hours) before arrival for FIT bookings and 2 weeks before arrival for Group bookings in order to avoid a charge of 1 night’s stay to be imposed.
All guests must produce a valid passport upon Check-in: For any early Check-out, there will be one night early check-out penalty to be imposed. In an event of a guest No Show, a fee of one night’s rate will be charged.
Bed Configurations • Some room categories come with two different bed configurations - King bed and a Sofa bed or two Queen beds both accommodate a maximum of three adults or two adults and two children. Please note that we will always do our best to accommodate requests of preference, but we are unable to guarantee this especially during school holidays or periods of high occupancy.
Deposit by Credit Card • Please note that the credit card used to make the booking and pay any deposits must be presented at the time of check-in with proof of ID (both photographic and signature).
Smoking Policy • All areas of the hotel are non-smoking, this includes in all rooms and suites, balconies, corridors, public areas, restaurant and bars. There are designated smoking areas within the property grounds. Failure to comply will result in a US$250 charge to your guest account.
Reservation Policy 2: Cancellation Policy:
A 50 % refund will be made for cancellations received 20 days before date of arrival, No refund thereafter.
In an event of No show, Total cost of the stay will be billed to your credit card.

Hotel Booking with Guarantee, Deposit, or Pre-Payment
Cancellation And Amendment Policy:
Reservation would only be guaranteed on the basis of a valid credit card.
Requests for specific bed types and smoking preferences will be accommodated, based on availability on arrival at the hotel.
Cancellations/amendments made after 12 noon, 24hrs prior to the check-in date: One night’s room rate will be charged to the guest’s credit card used to guarantee the reservation.
No shows and early check-outs will be charged one night’s room rate to the credit card used to guarantee the reservation.
Reservation Policy 4 ( Individual / Groups): Individual reservations:
For Cancellations/ amendments made after 12 noon, 3 days prior to check-in date, One night’s room rate is charged to the credit card
For No shows and early check outs, One night’s room rate is charged to the credit card.
Groups / Conference bookings:
In case there is any no-show or cancellation/amendment of the conference/group (in part or full), within 15 days or less from the date of check in, a retention charge will be levied.
The retention charge will be calculated as follows - Number of rooms being cancelled/no-shows X 1 night X applicable daily rate per room for the conference/group.
In case of Early check out retention will be charged for those nights booked, now being released due to the early check out.
