2. 10 Kg of luggage is carried free. Subjects to space permitting, additional luggage will be carried upon payment of the company's standard charges.
3. The management has the right to change the coach type without prior notice.
4. If a passenger breaks his journey en-route, no refund can be made.
5. Passengers are warned not to accept any food stuff offered by strangers.
6. Passengers must board the bus at the booking office.
7. Alcoholic drinks not allowed on board and smoking is prohibited.
8. Child fare is applicable between the age of 5 and 11 years. Only one child under 4 years is allowed free and ticket holder is responsible to carry the child.
9. Ticket is NOT REFUNDABLE under any circumstance.
10. Ticket is NOT REFUNDABLE if no show.
