Booking deposit Asamar Country Resort Mbarara.
In order to confirm a booking / reservation, a deposit worth 50% of the total booking amount is required. The purpose of the advance deposit is to guarantee a reservation. The remaining amount (50 % ) must be paid upon check-out or date of the event.
Once the booking deposit is received the booking will be valid and guest will receive a written confirmation sent by email.
Hotel rooms not occupied by 22:00 hours will be seen as No-Show, unless prior arrangement has been made.
For Peak Season, all reservation payments are non-refundable. The definition of the Peak Season period will be determined by a unilateral decision of the hotel management.
A full room rate will be chargeable for check-in at 07:00 hours or check-out after 15:00 hours.
It is mandatory for all guests to produce a valid identity document upon check-in at Asamar Country Resort Mbarara; for foreign guests a valid passport and for domestic guests, a valid identity card shall be accepted as proof of identity.
Guests checking into the hotel must be at least 18 years of age.
Upon check-in, all guests must register through a guest registration form.

Group Guest:
Every Group who wants to make a reservation at Asamar Country Resort Mbarara, has to make a deposit of 40% of the total amount to confirm the reservation.
The deposit can be paid by credit card or directly into the bank account via proforma invoice/offer. The rest of the amount shall be charged according to terms set in the Group Contract and/or Offer.
Cancellation/No Show Policy:
The charges below only apply to 100% advance payment on accommodation. If you only paid our required 25% deposit, this won’t be refunded.
- 25% if cancelled four days in advance.
- 50% if cancelled two or three days in advance.
- 50% if few of the total booked rooms are cancelled.
- 100% if cancelled one day prior to booking or on the same day.
In case of any cancellation the tax (VAT) of 18% on the advance will have to be retained as it is to be paid by us to the authorities by the 15th of the next month.
Note: Any postponement of the booking will be treated as a cancellation and will be governed by the Cancellation Policy.
Refunds only through cheque for bookings made by cash/cheque/bank transfer.
Online refunds for bookings made through our online payment system usually take 3-5 working days.

LATE CHECK-OUT POLICY
Check out time is (mention your checkout time here) please inform the reception if you wish to retain your room beyond this time. Extension will be given depending on the availability.
If the room is available, normal tariff will be charged. On failure of the guest to vacate the room on expiry or period the management shall have the right to remove the guest and his/her belongings from the room occupied by the Guest.

Uganda Nationals can check-in with either a passport, National ID or a valid Uganda driving license.
Prices for extra beds are not included in the total price, and will have to be paid for separately during your stay.
