Uganda has reopened the Entebbe international airport and boarders as of 01 October 2020 and tourist visitors are now welcome again.

All travelers to Uganda would be expected to carry a negative COVID-19 test certificate having been obtained a least 72 hours earlier.

However, for travelers presenting symptoms at the Entebbe airport without a test result, a sample will be collected upon arrival and the individual asked to quarantine at their own cost until the result is returned.
