Day One: Bigodi swamp walk

Meet and greet at 0700hrs at your accommodation and transfer to Kibale Forest

National Park. On arrival, take a Bigodi Swamp Walk. This is an initiative of the local

people geared towards conservation in the area. On this walk you have chance to look

at different bird & butterfly species, primates like black and white colobus monkey, red

tailed monkey, blue monkey, grey-cheeked mangabeys, etc. There are also a variety of

interesting plant species.

Day Two: Chimpanzee tracking-transfer back to Kampala

After an early morning breakfast, transfer to Kanyanchu Tourist centre for briefing prior

to the chimpanzee tracking activity. Spend your morning in the forest as you track the

Chimpanzees and other primates resident in this forest. Thereafter transfer back to

Kampala with drop off at your residence.
