3 Days Semuliki & Kibale Safari | Chimpanzee Tracking and Wildlife Tour
The 3 Days Semuliki & Kibale Safari tour takes you deep into Western Uganda’s most biodiverse ecosystems.
From the lowland tropical rainforest of Semuliki National Park to the primate-rich forests of Kibale National Park, this safari combines wildlife viewing, chimpanzee tracking, birdwatching, cultural experiences, and scenic landscapes.
Semuliki National Park, located in Bundibugyo District, is an extension of the Congo Basin’s Ituri Forest. This national park hosts unique Central African species including the pygmy scaly-tailed flying squirrel, De Brazza’s monkey, mona monkey, forest elephants, and over 440 bird species.
Semuliki National Park also features the famous Sempaya Hot Springs, one of Uganda’s most fascinating natural attractions.
Kibale National Park, widely known as the “Primate Capital of the World,” is home to 13 primate species, including endangered chimpanzees, red colobus monkeys, L’Hoest’s monkeys, and black-and-white colobus monkeys.
This national park offers one of Africa’s most rewarding chimpanzee tracking experiences.
This short safari is ideal for travelers seeking an immersive rainforest and primate adventure within a limited timeframe.
