Itinerary
Day 1
Travel from Kampala early in the morning at 6:30am to Fort Portal. Have lunch in Fort Portal and go for a 2-3 hrs walk where you'll visit crater lakes in Fort Portal, Sempaya Hotsprings in Bundibugyo, Mabeere ga Nyinamwiru and return at 6pm. Overnight stay in Fort Portal.
Day 2
Wake up at 6am have breakfast and depart at 6:30 am to Kibale National Park. Get ready for a morning chimpanzee tracking tour. At 8am go for brifeing with a Ranger guide, start the tour at 8:30 for 2-3 hrs tracking. After the tracking tour, have a local meal at Tinka for lunch.
At 2 or 3 pm go for Bigodi Swamp Walk (community) for 2-3hrs depending on interest of community. (community, primates, birds). Overnight stay in Kibale National Park Nature Lodges.
Day 3
Go for an early morning Coffee / Vanilla Experience with a crater lakes tour and transfer to Queen Elizabeth National Park for two and a half hours.
Transfer to Queen Elizabeth National Park WITH OPTION of lunch in Kasese Town or lodge to stay, choose from Mweya or Bush Lodge, Enganzi, Kasenyi Safari Lodge, Rift Valley, Kyambura lodges or others.
Arrive in Queen Elizabeth National Park at 3pm and relax. At 4pm in the evening, go for an evening game drive for 3hrs. Overnight stay at your lodge.
DAY 4
At 6-7 am depart for an early morning game drive (leave at 6am with return to lodge for breakfast or depart at 7 am with breakfast and no return) Return and relax from 10-11 am and then go for swimming.
At 12.30, go for lunch, then head to the boat at 2:30 pm for two and a half hours of the boat cruise and then return to your lodge for an overnight stay.
Day 5
Early morning breakfast, or packed breakfast. Head to Ishasha from 8-9 am for an early morning game drive to see the tree climbing lions for 3-4 hrs.
Go for picnic lunch or hot lunch in Kihihi and take another game drive incase you missed tree climbing lions. Head to Buhoma or Ruhija which is a 2hrs journey.
DAY 6
After a briefing from your ranger guide, begin tracking the mountain gorillas through the ancient Bwindi Impenetrable Forest. This can take a couple of hours or a whole day depending on the location of the apes. Keep an eye out for forest species such as buffaloes, elephants, black fronted duikers and bushbucks. After a well-earned lunch back at your accommodation, rest your tired legs and enjoy a view of the forested hillside, or take a restorative massage, offered in many of the lodges.
Due to no guarantee of where to find gorillas, we recommend a porter ,2 litres of water and packed lunch.
Porters charge USD 10 where necessary (So much recommended) and they carry your luggage, pull or push you.

Age. Old or Aged guests (USD 400 ) for 6 porters aka 999 to carry you up and down the the tracking
In the afternoon go for a community walk, banana brewing, coffee making, visit herbalists and Pygmies.
A forest Walk and waterfalls experience recommended incase guest saw gorillas earlier, and came back.
Day 7
Depart from Bwindi Impenetrable Forest National at 9am and arrive to Lake Bunyonyi at 12pm. Relax upto lunch. After having lunch go for a community tour (Orphanage Groups / Pygmy), then go for boating and visit the islands & Batwa Community for 3hrs and then return to lodge at 6pm to catch the sundown.
Day 8
Depart Lake Bunyonyi via Kabale to Mbarara. Stop for lunch in Mbarara proceed to Kampala or Entebbe.
