We tailor our Quad Biking safaris to suit each group. Easy trails make up the start of the trip and then we have the option of more challenging and technical sections if suitable or your focus is more of sightseeing and cultural aspects.
In this Explorer Quad Biking Safari tour shall follow the Nile downstream from Bujagali and then away from the river bank, through farmland, forest and small villages in rural Uganda.
Stopovers at various viewpoints and points of interest.
For the more adventurous, we have a trail ride down the steep banks to the water’s edge below the Bujagali Dam. Along the routes we choose to give you the best possible safari, there are also great photo opportunities .
You have the opportunity for brief stops in some of the small villages and trading centres for a chance to meet the people living in the area.
Your guide(s) carry bottled water and money to buy cold drinks at one of the trading centres that you will ride through. then it’s back on the trail for some faster sections.
The final part of the safari takes you past Softpower’s Amagezi Education Centre and through Kyabirwa village where most of our guides live.
Then final part of the trip brings you back to our base at Bujagali Falls for a warm welcome back.

Protective clothing supplied - overalls, helmet, goggles and boots.
The wetter the better. Mud is good and we clean up afterwards.
Prices are inclusive of VAT and other taxes.

What To Bring to the Explorer Quad Biking Safari tour
On all our trips we provide protective clothing. On all trips we carry mineral water. Light refreshments are provided after each trip. We offer the option of gumboots but recommend that you use your own closed footwear (eg. sneakers etc.).
We also recommended a camera and bathers (there will several opportunities for swimming). You must supply your own wet weather gear (if required) and we’ll help you put together a big smile.
