Itinerary

The Karangura Peak is 3,012m Above sea level with beautiful views at the summit. The Karangura hike to the summit leads uphill through rain forest and Past Mountain marshes as the National Park is made of various vegetation covers.

Primates to spot:

Its clearly noted that Rwenzori Mountains National Park is a home to small primates and these include

• Black and white Colubus monkeys,

• Blue monkey.

other wildlife include the forest elephants and three horned chameleon along side other species of birds. You will hike via the Kazingo village and end the nature walk in Nyabuswa village which will reward you the chance to understand better the forested areas of Rwenzori Mountains National Park vegetation covers. While climbing the ranges you pass through villages and get to know the Flora and Fauna of the Mountains. The hike will last for approximately 8 hours hike with in the Rwenzori Mountains National Park you will be able to enjoy fantastic views from an altitude of up to 3012 Meters.
